1. Provider

2. Contracting party and incorporation

The offer is directed at businesses (B2B). Stripe Checkout is addressed with business-customer flags. If a consumer acts in an individual case, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

The terms are incorporated by ticking the acceptance box before you are sent to Stripe. The contract is formed when Stripe confirms payment and our webhook credits the amount — not by opening checkout and not by the browser return page.

3. Performance

What is owed is a public listing on the board, labelled “Ad · paid placement”. Rank is the confirmed accumulated net value in euro. No place is reserved during checkout. Less than the current #1 price still places the listing at the rank that value can hold.

Clicks, visitors, leads, revenue, or a particular visibility outside the board are not owed. Online and visitor counts come only from DataFast; 0 is an allowed number. Listing clicks are a first-party counter on the row, not a promise.

4. Price and payment

Bids are whole euros, net, at least €5 for a new listing. Stripe collects the amount for ZieTec UG. Shown VAT is an estimate where Stripe Tax or tax law measures the final amount differently. Raising an existing listing pays the difference to the new confirmed value.

5. Duties of the advertising party

• URL or handle must be reachable and accurate.
• Gambling, crypto, adult content, weapons, tobacco and other unlawful material, plus shorteners and chat invite links, are forbidden.
• The listing remains recognisable as a paid ad.

We may remove a listing if it breaks these rules or applicable law. A refund of already confirmed amounts is not owed, to the extent legally permitted.

6. Withdrawal for consumers

Businesses have no withdrawal right. Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period starts at contract formation. Withdrawal is sent to info@zietec.io.

Model: “I hereby withdraw from the contract for a paid placement on ganzoben.lol, concluded on [date], [name, address].”

If you expressly request that the placement start before the withdrawal period ends, and you confirm the loss of withdrawal after complete performance, the withdrawal right expires with the credit on the board (§ 356(4) BGB).

7. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, and damage from injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited in amount to the foreseeable, typical damage. There is no guarantee of traffic or how long a rank lasts.

8. Final

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Venue for merchants is Berlin. If a clause is invalid, the rest of the contract remains (§ 306 BGB); there is no validity-preserving reduction.

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
